Sungava Development Organization, Ilam, Nepal is leading institution in development field. Various programs were conducting with respect to community development activities. Sungava works in rural drinking water and sanitation program specifically in Ilam district. 7 days social mobilization training had conducted for its 15 community workers and technicians. Very practical basis training was that, in this context; one and half day appreciative inquiry training had conducted and facilitated by Imagine Ilam Secretary Mr.Kishor Rijal at 25th & 26th July. During the half day, all the sessions were ran based on Success stories and case studies.
